Getting right into it today:
Unpickable Master Locks:
Atlanta @ Philadelphia - This one will be closer than people expect but you have to continue to ride the left arm of Cliff Lee. The NL hasn't figured him out and we don't expect the Bravos will be the first to do so. The Phils will find ways to scratch a few runs across and Lee will do the rest. Take the Phils (-182) to win 4-3. LOCK IT UP
Texas @ Minnesota - The Rangers will not lose two in a row in the Twin Cities, especially since they get to face the Mayor of Idiot City, Carl Pavano. Looks to the Texas bats to wake up after a pathetic performance on Friday. The Twinkies will score some runs of their own but not enough. The Locks advises that you back the Rangers (-111) to win 8-5. LOCK IT UP
Toronto @ Boston - This is simply an exercise in reviewing what pitchers have done against teams so far this season. Ricky Romero has been a certifiable disaster against the Sox (0-2, 10.50, 13 walks in 12 innings). On the other side, Clay Buchholz has been terrific against the Jays this year (2-0, 1.54). We don't expect the results to change all that much today. The Sox know they need every W then can get down the stretch. Take Beantown (-170) to win 6-3. LOCK IT UP
