Hump Day Money Train

Unpickable Master Locks:

St. Louis @ Milwaukee - I have been saying that I believe the Cardinals will be playing in the World Series for several weeks now. However, every time I watch them play, I'm unimpressed by their offense. I'm just not sure what I think about this team anymore. Sure, they find ways to win but shouldn't good teams be winning more convincingly? We'll give them another chance today. With Adam Wainright on the hill, they won't need a ton of offense to cover the spread. Take the Cards minus 1.5 runs (-120) to win 6-3. LOCK IT UP

Philadelphia @ Washington - Look for a major bounce back start tonight from Cliff Lee. He'll be back to his normal self. The Phils will get to Garrett Mock early and often and then abuse the Nattys pen. This one will not be close. Take the Phillies minus 1.5 runs (-125) to win 8-2. LOCK IT UP

Atlanta @ Houston - We like the Bravos as a dog in this game. Magic Wandy has had a very nice year but has not been good this year or in his career vs. the Braves. A number of Atlanta hitters like to face Wandy. On the other hand, we continue to be very impressed by Tommy Hanson. Look to the Braves to win a close, low-scoring affair here. Take Atlanta (+108) to win 4-3. LOCK IT

Remaining Games to Consider:

Rangers (-144)
Blue Jays (-200)
Tigers (-200)
Dodgers (+108)
Padres (+160)
