Baseball Lottery Ticket

We apologize for the sparse content this weekend. We need to go with another lightning round today as we're shipping out to the Rockies/Giants game shortly. So here are your picks:

Unpickable Master Locks:

Washington @ St. Louis - Takes the prize for the biggest moneyline we've seen all year with the Cards a -335 favorite. And they should be. Adam Wainright is guaranteed money. He'll shut down the Nattys and the Cards will push across ample runs. Take St. Louie minus 1.5 runs (-145) to win 7-1. LOCK IT UP

Toronto @ Boston - The Red Sox are starting Paul Byrd. The Red Sox are starting Paul Byrd. The Red Sox are starting Paul Byrd. No matter how many times I write that I still can't believe that it is a true statement. With their playoff lives at stake, the Red Sox are starting Paul Byrd. They really think he's a better option then just released Brad Penny? Unreal. Oh by the way, the Red Sox are facing Roy Halladay today. Take the Blue Jays (-135) to win 7-3. LOCK IT UP

Houston @ Arizona - The DBacks have been on fire the last few days and baseball is a game of streaks. Dan Harren starts against the Stros who have been faultering. I'm putting myself out there by betting against Magic Wandy Rodriguez again but what can you do? Harren is the better pitcher. Take the DBacks (-136) to win 4-2. LOCK IT UP

Remaining Games:

Marlins (-142)
Dodgers (-180)
Braves (+112)
Pirates (+106)
Pets (+240)
Rockies (+116)
White Sox (+215)
Tigers (-154)
Indians (-113)
Twins (-141)
Angels (-178)
Mariners (+121)
