Lockdown: No Escape from Indestructable Winners

Today is a day for winners. If you are not a winner, then stop reading this now. OK. Now that it is just us winners, here is a little secret: the Locks has all the insight you need for today's MLB action. We'll highlight three UMLs, but don't stop there. There will be numerous winners in our Remaining Games section for you to cash in on. We hope you have the intestinal fortitude to do what you know you should: bet em all.

Unpickable Maters Locks:

LAA @ Baltimore - This game bit us in the keyster last night. That will not happen again. Not a chance. John Lackey gets things bak under control tonight as there is no chance a team as good as the Halos mails in another game on the East Coast. Brian Matusz beware. Take LAA (-155) to win, 8-4. LOCK IT UP

San Diego @ St. Louis - Newsflash: The Padres do not play well in St. Louis. They never had and they will not begin doing so anytime soon. That should not be surprising to anyone based on the tremendous talent disparity between these two teams. We're going to continue riding the Red Bird train. The Cards are the class of the NL and the Padres are its ass. Joel Pineiro ain't pretty but he is effective. Take St. Louie minus 1.5 runs (-120) to win easily at 8-3. LOCK IT UP

LA @ Arizona - Same story for this LA team as the other LA team. No chance, at this point in the season, a team this good loses another game against a much less talented team. Perhaps that is simplistic analysis but it is winning analysis. Take the Dodgers (-140) to win 5-3. LOCK IT UP

Remaining Games:

Marlins (-103)
Astros (+117)
Nationals (+150)
Tigers minus 1.5 runs (-120)
Rays (-175)
Rangers (-130)
Yankees (-136)
