Friday Freakout

Geez. I don't know what it takes to get on the right side of a late-inning comeback/bullpen meltdown. It seems like we only get hurt by them and are never the beneficiary. Happened again last night with Andre Either's 3-run 9th inning homer that turned our 5-4 day that earned us money into a 4-5 day that cost us money. What can you time, we need to soldier on. We're running late today so we'll just give you the updated and stats and a list of picks. By the way, the John Smoltz Experiment officially died last night. Hard to see that one coming....

As of this morning, the Locks stands at 196-188 with a BAT of $98. First time under triple-digits in a while. Time to get it back. Here's how we'll do it:

DiamondBacks (-112)
Phillies (-144)
Twins (-110)
Cardinals minus 1.5 runs (-140)
Orioles (+180)
Astros (-125)
A's (+115)
White Sox minus 1.5 runs (-110)
Cubbies (+133)
Padres (-150)
Rangers (+115)
Dodgers (-132)
Rays (+113)
Giants minus 1.5 runs (-145)

  1. I'd like to get a recount on Diggers. Having never tried the breakfast, I can vouch for the lunch/dinner offerings. After witnessing Hussey eat a burger sizable enough to feed a small nation, and Scerri eat a burger with Jalepenos on it, we all left quite satisfied. A great ending to a trip to the cages. TJC
